Merchandise
Sizing | top
Most of our hats come in one size, since the fabrics we use are often stretchable (see Materials below). However, some hat styles come in general sizes: Small, Medium, and Large. Not all sized hats are available in all sizes.
Colors and Dyes | top
Colors — These fabulous colors are available for the 2010-2012 All SeasonCatalog: Natural; Charcoal; Earth Brown; Green and Blue.The Hemp/Cotton Jersey Hats are also available in Black.
Dyes — We use only low-impact color reactive dyes, and because of the bonding method there is no need for harmful chemicals. This method of dying also reduces the amount of water used.
Materials Used | top
Winter Wear Fleece Hats are made with a 55% hemp / 45% cotton blend and the fabric is slightly stretchy. All Season Hats are 100% hemp canvas, is 14 oz. weight fabric, and will shed light rain. Winter Wear Hemp/Wool Blends are 85% hemp and 15% Yak wool — this fabric is light weight yet ideal for winter wear (NEW to US markets). Hemp/Cotton Jersey Knit is 55% hemp and 45% untreated cotton, very stretchable, and of medium weight.
Fabric Care | top
All of our hats are hand washable. We recommend cool wash and line dry. Additionally they can be washed using the "warm" setting in a dish washer. Remember not to place any dishes in with the hats! Place the hat right side up on the rack and use regular fabric soap as you would in a clothes washer. This will not harm the dish washer. Note: Our fabrics are NOT MACHINE WASHABLE.

Terms and Conditions

We do not accept COD. Credit card payments are accepted any time (see Payment Methods above). Prices are subject to change without notice. All goods will be shipped at prices in effect at the time of order.
Returns | top
All merchandising is guaranteed against sewing and fabric defects. Any defects or errors must be reported within 10 days of receipt of goods. Returns without a RA# will be refused. No returns without prior consent. Returns for reasons other than flaws must be pre-authorized by phone within 10 days of receipt of goods. Your acount will be credited upon inspection of goods, but you will be charged shipping.
Back Orders | top
Online orders are shipped complete, so if a particular item is temporarily out of stock your order will be delayed. On fax, phone, and mail orders, we usually back order the out of stock item(s). Your shipment of in-stock items will include an invoice showing when the backorder will be shipped, usually within two weeks. If you request, we will cancel your backorder.

We ship USPS unless you request UPS. Please allow 2 weeks for delivery, or 3 weeks on special orders (from date of confirmation). Call for availability on any rush order.

Our hats are made with the finest fabrics and the highest quality standards. We accept responsibility for material and workmanship under normal use and care. We will repair or replace defective products free of charge if shipping is prepaid. Our hats are NOT MACHINE WASHABLE (see Fabric Care above).
